Missing Wife

While killing some time before going to a Super Birthday Party, I fulfilled some quests. First in line was helping out Ghyslain de Carrac look for his missing wife.

In the process I came across the elf Jethan. I said NO. (So not my type. If he were Bann Teagan-ish, perhaps XD)

Some time in May, I was able to go down the mine below my fair.

By then, I arrived at something that generally looked like this:


Nowadays there are more machines and workers, but I have yet to add more to it (^^U) I am renovating my fair so most of my energy goes there. Will update when I have made more significant changes to my mine (^.^)

Finally, Finished a Game XD

So I realized a few months back that I have problems finishing a game. I have started many, but only completely finished two - Neverwinter Nights 1 (replayed and finished four times) and Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation. All the rest were almost done, halfway through, or forgotten. I have finished Dragon Age: Origins recently, but I already started that game After The Realization that I hardly finish games, so it is not counted as an Abandoned, Unfinished, or Forgotten Game XD

So, last night, I finally finished 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors. Tricky story, though the thing about the mysterious All-ice girl is not clear to me. I intend to replay the game eventually, and by then I would not be so much in a hurry to find out what the end is supposed to be. But until then, I will either start a DS game I have bought but never opened, or re-start one I have played before but never finished (update next time ^_^)

With Akane and the Coffin

Of all the characters, I like Lotus, Snake, and Clover. I never liked Santa and Akane from the start (^^U) I never TRUSTED Ace from the start XD

Other UN-finished games I am currently trying to finish: Tomb Raider 1 and Patapon 1. Very old XD I had to restart these games because I started them ages ago, so I barely remember how to play them. (^^U)

So Far, My Four Endings

My 9 hours began some time ago, and I have come to four possible endings. However, after more replays, I found myself in one of the same four.

The Axe, Safe, Knife, and Submarine Endings

Then a few nights ago, I decided to get back to it. I had to check out a walkthrough to get an idea what combinations of answers I should choose. I've pretty much chosen all possible answers, but my combinations did not really match up to produce a new ending. So this time, I chose the combination of Doors 4, 7, and 1. After that, I was surprised to see that there would still be plenty of things that will happen and unfold. As of last night I saved and stopped at the part where Hongou was totally furious XD

The game is really exciting, except that I do not like that it seems to take forever to get to the next conversation line or topic. But generally, I like the game. I also read somewhere that you get to maximize the game if you get the Axe, Safe, Knife, and Submarine endings (the four that I got) before arriving at the True ending. So I guess it was good that I came to my four endings first.

I have moved on from Dragon Age: Origins (where I loved everything except the fact that there was no way to pursue, harass, or stalk LORD Teagan) to Dragon Age II. While I prefer to have more control over my party's weapons and outfits and gifts, I like the "order" of things in Dragon Age II better. I also like how everything is marked on the map and how much easier it is to shift from one location to another. It is also much faster to save and move about.

So far I like everyone in my current party except Merrill, so I don't bring her with me. My only warrior for now (I'm a rogue) is Aveline, and I bring either Bethany or Anders as my Mage. I have just started flirting with Anders XD For my fourth member I bring either Varric, or another mage, which means I have both my sister and my Flirtee with me.

I can't wait to play again XD
